Opportunity

The Strategic Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients to position Maersk as the preferred logistics partner. This role will involve maximizing Maersk's business results through a combination of world-class account management, business development, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detailed understanding of the customer's supply chain strategy and needs.
  • Develop a joint strategic roadmap with the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strong networks with key customer stakeholders.
  • Create, manage, and inspire the global network through proper account planning methodology.
  • Connect Maersk's organization with the customer's organization through proper stakeholders management matrix.
  • Connect internally with the global Maersk network to rally support and involve specific internal stakeholders.
  • Hunt and identify business opportunities in alignment with the defined roadmap and commercial objectives.
  • Lead sales pursuits (especially global opportunities) as per defined sales process.

We Are Looking For

  • Experience in sales, preferably in a global role.
  • A sales professional with a proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning large-scale opportunities.
  • Able to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Experienced with Senior/C-Level management.
  • Significant experience in international supply chain.
  • Possesses self-starter qualities, independence, and agility.
