Position Overview
To support our ambitious growth objectives, we are seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new clients and enhancing our business presence within your designated market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding our B2B client portfolio across various medical goods sectors.
  • Proactively seek out and develop sales leads.
  • Design, implement, and share innovative sales campaigns and strategies within our expanding team.
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales call frequency with senior executives, including Directors and C-Level personnel.
  • Conduct client meetings for presentations and organize speaking engagements (some travel may be required).
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical and pharmaceutical sales, particularly in outbound B2B sales and new business acquisition.
  • Fluency in the relevant target language.
  • A competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed.
  • An outgoing, intelligent, and professional demeanor with the ability to empathize with clients.
  • Proficient in negotiating with corporate or director-level stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Preference for candidates holding a valid German residence and work permit.
