Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Channel Partner Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and providing sales support and training to ensure partner success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to drive sales and revenue growth in APAC
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, and provide ongoing support and training to ensure their success
  • Manage the performance of existing channel partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts, and ensure seamless communication with partners
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions to inform channel partner strategies
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts, and measure and report on their performance
  • Implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives, to drive engagement and revenue growth
Your Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel management in the OT software environment
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (Salesforce) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and senior-level stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, and ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a desire to learn and grow in the channel management field
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with English fluency and basic German skills
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%
