Risk Sales Director

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to drive the growth of our Risk and ESG Solution Sales team in the Central Region. This leader must be a proven driver who excels at building high-performing teams and businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, with a deep understanding of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with our product development, marketing, and customer success teams. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to both sales and company executives, providing strategic guidance on market conditions, customer requirements, and challenges.
As a member of our Leadership Team, you will have a significant impact on our future success. You will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive sales growth in the Central Region, and for building a world-class sales team to support this effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive sales growth in the Central Region
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to support the go-to-market strategy
- Partner with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Provide strategic guidance to sales and company executives on market conditions, customer requirements, and challenges
- Drive revenue growth and expansion in the Central Region
Requirements:
- Extensive sales leadership experience in the GRC domain
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the GRC domain
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive revenue growth and expansion in a fast-paced sales environment
