Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our client's expansion in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships with SAP and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch New Sales Channel: Collaborate with SAP to establish a new sales channel, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute bold sales strategies to drive revenue growth across DACH, identifying and seizing new opportunities.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the SAP ecosystem, leveraging their expertise to drive success.
  • Lead Business Development: Lead business development efforts in the vibrant DACH region, identifying and seizing new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with market demand and product offerings.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovative sales approaches.
Requirements:
  • Senior Account Executive Experience: 5-10 years of experience in senior account executive roles, with a focus on the DACH region and enterprise-size customers.
  • B2B Enterprise SAAS Experience: Experience with B2B Enterprise SAAS solutions.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven environment.
  • SAP Systems Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP systems and solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
