Senior Operations Content and Knowledge Manager
We are seeking a Senior Operations Content and Knowledge Manager to join our team at SumUp. This role involves creating and implementing content initiatives to enhance customer experience through knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, editing, and curation of high-quality content across various platforms and channels.
- Establish and maintain a solid framework with stakeholders to understand and align with other tribes/departments' strategies.
- Coach and assist junior and specialist team members in business, content creation, and project management.
- Apply theoretical knowledge within the domain and conduct ongoing research to enhance expertise and content quality.
- Help coordinate business-as-usual tasks across team members and step in to manage projects and initiatives.
- Independently handle complex projects/tasks, taking full ownership and comfortably delegating tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Enthusiasm about content creation and sharing knowledge with others.
- Ability to create simple and easy-to-follow documentation sets from complicated processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Built remarkable interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to observe, learn, and take ownership in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Good knowledge of SumUp products, features, and tools.

This is a FTC job (1 year), onsite. The salary band for this role is 40-45k.
