Content and Knowledge Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Content and Knowledge Manager to join our team at SumUp. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content initiatives to enhance customer experience through knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Oversee the creation, editing, and curation of high-quality content across various platforms and channels
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand and align with other departments' strategies
- Coach and assist junior team members in business, content creation, and project management
- Apply theoretical knowledge within the domain and conduct ongoing research to enhance expertise and content quality
- Help coordinate business-as-usual tasks across team members and step in to manage projects and initiatives
- Independently handle complex projects/tasks, taking full ownership and comfortably delegating tasks
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm about content creation and sharing knowledge with others
- Ability to create simple and easy-to-follow documentation sets from complicated processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Built remarkable interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to observe, learn, and take ownership in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Good knowledge of SumUp products, features, and tools
