We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our Life Science Division in Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing all calls in a professional manner.
- Welcome visitors to the office and ensure a smooth sign-in procedure.
- Process and approve supplier invoices, reconcile invoices, and manage director expenses.
- Assist the Office Manager with facilities, first aid, and fire evacuation procedures.
- Log hot desk use and cover duties when the Office Manager is on holiday.
- Book meeting rooms, couriers, taxis, and lunches.
- Manage company orders and updates to the office desk plan.
- Book travel and issue security fobs and water bottles to new starters.
- Perform DSE assessments and maintain a log of office services.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
