Digital Product Owner

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Digital Product Owner (w/m/d) für unseren Bereich Software Factory und Digitalisierung. Als Teil unseres zentralen Group IT-Teams werden Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und den Betrieb unserer myFIEGE Plattform.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Ownership: Sie verantworten das Herzstück unserer myFIEGE Plattform, die Core Services, und führen sie erfolgreich im Sinne der Stakeholder und des Marktes.
- Demand Management: Sie definieren die Produktvision gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanager (w/m/d) und verantworten den Produkt-Lebenszyklus. Darüber hinaus priorisieren Sie das Backlog eigenverantwortlich.
- Stakeholder Management: Sie betreuen Stakeholder auf Augenhöhe und arbeiten eng mit dem Umsetzungs-/Entwicklungsteam sowie einem übergeordneten Produktmanagement zusammen.
- Agile Way of Working: In unserer agilen Organisation entwickeln Sie die Anforderungen zusammen mit interkulturellen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams zu skalierbaren Produkten weiter.
- Market Knowledge: In Ihrem Produktbereich sind Sie fachlich auf der Höhe des Marktes und des Wettbewerbs.
- Teamplaying: Sie führen nicht nur Ihr Produkt, sondern auch Ihr Team zum gemeinschaftlichen Erfolg und pflegen eine wertschätzende und befähigende Zusammenarbeit.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium: Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Erfahrung als Product-Owner: Sie besitzen einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Product-Owner (w/m/d) in der Entwicklung von digitalen Produkten oder einer Plattform.
- Kenntnisse in digitalen Plattformlösungen: Sie bringen idealerweise Know-how in digitalen Plattformlösungen und/oder als Entwickler (w/m/d) mit.
- Agiles Mindset: Sie überzeugen durch Ihr agiles Mindset und strategisches/systemisches Arbeiten und Handeln.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse: Sie stammen aus einem familiären Umfeld und sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
