Der Geschäftsbereich

Unser Geschäftsbereich Energy Retail Solutions ist Marktführer für Point-of-Sale-Lösungen und Energy-Retail-Managementsysteme in mittleren und großen Tankstellen- und EV-Chargingnetzen. Wir bieten unseren internationalen Kunden ein modernes Software-Produktportfolio von Kassen- und Backoffice-Systemen über Payment-Terminals bis hin zu zentralen Cloud-Lösungen und Payment-Apps an.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als Product Owner sind Sie verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Lieferung von kundenspezifischen Software-Releases an unsere Kunden.
  • Sie führen mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden Ihr Team.
  • Sie definieren User Stories gemeinsam mit dem Kunden und stimmen diese mit Ihrem Team und den Prodcut Teams ab.
  • Sie fördern agile Methoden, Teamentwicklung, Selbstorganisation und Verantwortungsübernahme.
  • Sie motivieren Ihr crossfunktionales Integration Team und befähigen es, selbstorganisiert zu arbeiten.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie begeistern sich für Projektarbeit zur Entwicklung innovativer betriebswirtschaftlicher Software mit modernen Technologien und Methoden.
  • Sie haben bereits mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit agilen oder klassischen Methoden, an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT- und betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und in der Kommunikation, so dass Sie für Ihre Themen begeistern und erarbeitete Lösungen souverän begleiten können.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine Zertifizierung zum Scrum Master oder Product Owner.
  • Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher.
  • Ihre Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
