**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our agile, intercultural, and cross-functional team in the Software Factory and Digitalization department. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlogs, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring that our digital services meet the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Team collaboration: Work closely with our agile team to identify and prioritize product requirements.
  • Demand management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document product requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate product vision and requirements to development teams.
  • Product vision: Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer, architect, or product owner in software platform development.
  • Strong knowledge of backend development, including identity and access management, integration management, logging, APIs, and ESBs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent German and excellent English language skills.
