**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our agile, intercultural, and cross-functional teams in the Software Factory and Digitalization department. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with stakeholders, and collaborating with developers to deliver high-quality products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
- Demand management: Identify and communicate product requirements to stakeholders and developers.
- Communication: Communicate product vision and requirements to stakeholders and developers.
- Product vision: Develop and maintain a clear product vision that aligns with the company's goals.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer, software architect, or product owner in software platform development.
- Strong knowledge of backend development, including identity and access management, integration management, logging, APIs, and ESBs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Fluent German and excellent English language skills.
