Technical Product Manager for Advanced Recycling Solutions

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Primobius GmbH in the Düsseldorf area. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the technical development and engineering of our Li-Battery Recycling Products, collaborating closely with various departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define Product Vision - Establish and communicate the vision, goals, and strategy of the product to and with all stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and prioritize product development, and refine the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all
- Ensure the engineering, supply chain, and site support for projects in execution as per contractual requirements
- Coordinate basic- and detail engineering as applicable
- Support Business Development / Sales for the evaluation of potential innovations and to benchmark competition's portfolio, as well as for significant sales projects
- Drive selected innovations from the first process idea to industrialized solution, in close cooperation with R&D and project management
- Drive standardization to lower total project costs and customer's opex, starting with the technical process of the product, ending at basic engineering and sub vendor selection
**Requirements**
- Engineering degree above average, in mechanical and/or process engineering
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with disciplines outside your field
- Technical background or understanding of recycling equipment and technologies is a plus
- Proven experience in engineering, as a product owner or similar role in product management, preferably in the recycling or environmental sector
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills (in German and English)
- High social competence and resilience, as well as a willingness to travel
