Embedded Systems Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to strengthen our customer relationships and expand our technical sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems and software development, with a focus on quality, functional safety, and cyber security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for business development activities through networking in the field of embedded systems, observing trends in their field of knowledge, and representing the technical expertise of their field of knowledge to customers and internally. They will also represent Hitex at specialist events and trade fairs, conduct webinars and workshops, and be introduced to the team and the job by a mentor.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have completed studies in engineering, such as computer science or information technology, and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the development of embedded systems, software quality, SW testing, and cyber security. They will also need to have experience in business development and good German and English communication skills.
