Job Title: Business Development Manager Embedded System Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our customer relationships and expand our technical sales organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, software development, and quality assurance, with a focus on functional safety and cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the embedded systems market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Represent Hitex at specialist events and trade fairs, and conduct webinars and workshops to showcase our technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage our expertise and offerings.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Engineering, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in embedded systems development, software quality assurance, and cyber security.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills.
