Job Title: Business Development Manager Embedded System Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our customer relationships and expand our technical sales organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development activities in the field of embedded systems with a focus on SW development, quality, functional safety, and cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the embedded systems market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Represent the technical expertise of our company to customers and internally, and provide thought leadership on emerging trends and technologies.
  • Participate in specialist events and trade fairs to promote our company's products and services.
  • Conduct webinars and workshops to educate customers and partners on our company's solutions.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the development of embedded systems, software quality, SW testing, and cyber security.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills.
