Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our Global GROHE Product department for a defined term. This role will focus on the management and enhancement of our shower and thermostat product lines throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the product portfolio for selected shower and thermostat lines.
  • Lead pre-development initiatives and strategize on showering solutions to ensure a competitive and future-ready product lineup.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial teams globally to align on product specifications and consolidate international projects.
  • Act as a key member of the Global GROHE Product team during the Stage Gate Process for new product development, working alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Initiate cost-saving measures and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Manage end-of-life product planning.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Product Management.
  • A strong interest in technical products.
  • Experience with international markets and customer engagement.
  • Solid understanding of project management, product management, and marketing principles.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google Mail is a plus.
