About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our EMEA Marketing organization. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Access Solutions franchise in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business growth and market penetration.
  • Manage the key strategic products franchise, Access Solutions, to support the growth of Boston Scientific in the Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Market.
  • Develop and implement tactical marketing plans in coordination with the sales and marketing organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify clinical/market trends and suggest new product/marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and manage Physician training programs to support sales execution.
  • Responsible for tracking financial performance of product, analysis of issues and action plan development to achieve revenue objectives in collaboration with sales management.
  • Develop and manage the franchise budget (including programs, promotion, advertising, etc.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare studies.
  • 3+ years' work experience in a Product Manager function or equivalent position.
  • Experience working within medical device and/or pharmaceutical sector is required, additional experience within the Electrophysiology (EP) franchise is an advantage.
  • Strong commercial background and proven track record of successful marketing planning and execution resulting in plan achievement.
  • Strong understanding on the opportunities of digital transformation and customer experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and long-term business planning experience.
  • Good clinical understanding.
  • Very good project management skills.
  • Very good analytical, creative and out of the box thinking skills are desirable.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
