Product Manager for Global Grohe Showers

GROHE is a leading global brand for complete bathroom solutions and kitchen fittings. To drive innovation and growth, we seek a Product Manager to lead the development of our shower portfolio. Delivering exceptional products requires a deep understanding of technical features and market trends. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our shower products, from pre-development to market launch. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning with regional commercial teams, and representing the Global Grohe Product team in the Stage Gate Process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the shower portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive and future-proof.
  • Drive pre-development and strategy planning to create a relevant and innovative portfolio.
  • Align with regional commercial teams on new product specifications and consolidate global projects.
  • Represent the Global Grohe Product team in the Stage Gate Process and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Initiate cost improvements and track sales performance.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business studies or related fields.
  • Professional experience in Product Management.
  • Interest and affinity for highly technical products.
  • Experience in dealing with international markets and customers.
  • Knowledge of project, product management, and marketing.
  • Very good spoken and written German and English language skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
