Strategic HR Partner for Germany and Switzerland

Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Consulting: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment efforts, oversee onboarding, and support employee development initiatives.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including performance reviews, conflict resolution, and investigations.
Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages are in place.
People Analytics: Utilize data to identify trends, measure HR performance, and inform decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, international environment
In-depth knowledge of German and Swiss labor laws
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in German and English
