As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal by leading the end-to-end recruitment process for niche and specialized roles in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high visibility with and influence assigned business leaders and HR members
  • Provide day-to-day management and direction of critical initiatives by leading a recruiting team
  • Collaborate with other GTA (Global Talent Acquisition) Managers to gain insight into business talent needs and stay current on regional best practices and issues
  • Run end-to-end recruitment for strategic/senior level roles for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and other EMEA Markets as needed
  • Manage and be responsible for the Hiring Leader relationship
  • Provide guidance to Hiring Leaders regarding available skills/talent in the market and salary offers
  • Ensure ATS information is up to date and follows regional regulations
  • Act as talent acquisition SME to advise and prioritize both local and global needs
  • Partner with CEG (Colleague Experience Group, HR) Operations to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day GTA delivery
  • Assess the overall effectiveness/impact of the internal and external GTA strategies, TA execution, and customer/candidate satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills written and spoken in English and German, additional language beneficial
  • University degree (Bachelor or higher degree in economics or similar field, preferable with Human Resources focus) and 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple talent segments
  • Understanding and knowledge of the talent and recruitment landscape in EMEA - primarily Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Strong recruitment functional expertise with demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing passive talent for complex and difficult to hire roles
  • Proven track record leading and coordinating recruitment teams, coaching and developing others
  • Experience using current TA technologies (CRM and ATS), job boards, and other talent attraction platforms
  • Experience operating independently as an individual contributor and leader in a complex HR/recruitment team
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience driving process optimization and continuous improvement in recruitment
  • Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and business lines
  • Ability to make logical decisions in a complex environment
