Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant specializing in the ServiceNow tool. This role is ideal for a professional with in-depth knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes and proven experience in ServiceNow implementation projects. Industry knowledge in financial services, insurance, or government is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of customer requirements, developing optimised ITSM processes based on ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
- Training and Workshops: Design and deliver comprehensive training courses and workshops to educate customers on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
- Professional Support: Provide expert technical advice and ongoing support to customers, ensuring successful adoption and utilisation of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, with significant experience in ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific requirements in financial services, insurance, or government is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in German and English, both oral and written, is essential.
- Customer Focus: Strong analytical skills with a customer-oriented approach to delivering solutions.
