Head of Creator Department

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Creator Department as the Head of Creator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and managing our supply side, focusing on relationships with Creators and Creator Management Agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Top Talent Acquisition: Identify and acquire top creators, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Agency Partnerships: Build and maintain long-lasting partnerships with top creator agencies.
- Goals & KPI Planning: Develop and track acquisition goals, establish efficient reporting systems, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Creator Relations: Proven experience managing relationships with creators.
- Marketing/Sales: Background in personalized outreach and lead generation.
- Industry Experience: Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising market.
- Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI.
- Automated Tools: Experience with tools like Braze, Beehiv, and WhatsApp.
