About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Creator Department, driving growth and success in the creator economy. As the Head of Creator Relations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with creators and creator management agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creator Acquisition and Retention
    • Develop and execute strategies to acquire top creators and ensure high engagement and retention
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and acquire new creators
    • Design and implement scalable, automated communication systems to engage creators
    • Secure contracts with top creators and negotiate favorable terms
  • Agency Partnerships
    • Build and maintain long-lasting partnerships with top creator agencies
    • Identify and categorize relevant creator agencies and design a lean sales funnel
    • Establish effective communication channels with all creator agency partners
    • Monitor agency activity and engage with offers and campaigns
  • Goals and KPI Planning
    • Set targets and track acquisition goals
    • Establish an efficient reporting system to track progress
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of Creator Managers and Agency Partnerships Managers
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience managing relationships with creators and creator management agencies
    • Background in personalized outreach and lead generation
    • Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising market
    • Experience in contract negotiation

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
