Head of Creator Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Creator Department. As the Head of Creator Department, you will be responsible for growing and leading our supply side, focusing on relationships with Creators and Creator Management Agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Top Talent Acquisition: Acquire top creators and ensure high engagement and retention
- Agency Partnerships: Build long-lasting partnerships with top creator agencies
- Goals & KPI Planning: Set targets, define and track acquisition goals, and establish efficient reporting systems
- Creator Relations: Proven experience managing relationships with creators
- Marketing/Sales: Background in personalized outreach and lead generation
- Industry Experience: Deep knowledge & enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising market
- Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation
- Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI
- Automated Tools: Experience with tools like Braze, Beehiv, and WhatsApp
- Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenges
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Entrepreneurial Mind: Challenge existing processes and redefine them if needed
