Head of Creator Department

SongPush is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Creator Department to lead our Creator Department and drive the growth of our supply side. As the Head of Creator Department, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with creators and creator management agencies, as well as expanding our team and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Top Talent Acquisition: Acquire top creators and ensure high engagement and retention
- Agency Partnerships: Build long-lasting partnerships with top creator agencies
- Goals & KPI Planning: Set targets, establish efficient reporting systems, and track acquisition goals
- Creator Relations: Proven experience managing relationships with creators
- Marketing/Sales: Background in personalized outreach and lead generation
- Industry Experience: Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising market
- Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation
- Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI (preferred)
- Automated Tools: Experience with tools like Braze, Beehiv, and WhatsApp (preferred)
- Attractive Compensation Package: Including VSOP, bonus, and the opportunity to shape a young company from the ground up
