Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire top creators and ensure high engagement and retention
* Build long-lasting partnerships with top creator agencies
* Set targets and track acquisition goals
* Establish efficient reporting systems
* Collaborate with marketing to acquire new creators
* Develop scalable, automated communication
* Engage top creators and secure contracts
* Foster a community through events and communication
* Identify and categorize relevant creator agencies
* Design and execute a lean sales funnel
* Track the sales process with CRM
* Ensure seamless creator onboarding process
* Develop agency retention strategies
* Establish effective communication channels with all creator agency partners
* Engage creator agencies with offers and campaigns
* Create robust agency contracts
* Prioritize in-person meetings and events
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing relationships with creators
* Background in personalized outreach and lead generation
* Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising market
* Experience in contract negotiation
* Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI
* Experience with tools like Braze, Beehiv, and WhatsApp
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
