Technical Support Specialist

Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Anker Innovations LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our solar and storage products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic thinking in the improvement of Anker's fulfillment and service area, and performing as a lead on more complex field engineering assignments;
  • Perform a variety of engineering assignments involving technical applications in the installation, operation, testing and maintenance of Anker's solar and storage products;
  • Work independently in the field and with R&D Engineers to resolve high-level technical issues, leading the investigation of root cause of technology applications for complex projects;
  • Lead electrical and electronic troubleshooting and testing of solar and storage products and its components in the field or in the laboratory. Use of PQA and oscilloscope is required as needed;
  • Provide feedback to the pre-sales team on possible mechanical and electrical design improvements;
  • Interact with customers to explain the technical scope of the products and solutions;
  • Initiate or implement the Field Service procedures for safety troubleshooting, and maintenance;
  • Create training material, and provide high-level technical training to Field Service;
