Your MissionYou will be the driving force behind our sales growth as an Account Executive. With autonomy to shape your strategy, you'll own the entire sales cycle – from generating leads to closing deals – within the mid-market and SME segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Smashing Sales Targets
- Hit the Ground Running: Drive results in mid-market and SME segments with creative sourcing and tools support to accelerate growth.
- Own Your Pipeline: Take control of your pipeline with innovative strategies backed by the necessary tools and resources.
- Close Big Wins: Convert qualified leads into impactful deals, directly contributing to personal and company success.

- Voice of the Customer: Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.

- SaaS Sales Experience
- You have hands-on SaaS sales experience focused on mid-market and SME clients with quick, direct sales cycles.
- Proven Track Record
- You've consistently hit and exceeded targets as an Account Executive, ideally with 3-5 years of AE experience making up 70%+ of your career.
- Self-Starter
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of building and adapting in a dynamic startup setting.

- You generate, manage, and close your own deals without hand-holding.

- Fluent in both German and English, you effortlessly adapt your messaging to resonate with diverse clients.
