Your Mission

You will be the driving force behind our sales growth as an Account Executive. With autonomy to shape your strategy, you'll own the entire sales cycle – from generating leads to closing deals – within the mid-market and SME segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Smashing Sales Targets
    • Hit the Ground Running: Drive results in mid-market and SME segments with creative sourcing and tools support to accelerate growth.
    • Own Your Pipeline: Take control of your pipeline with innovative strategies backed by the necessary tools and resources.
    • Close Big Wins: Convert qualified leads into impactful deals, directly contributing to personal and company success.
    • Make an Impact: Secure high-value deals that align with our ambitious growth goals, positioning you for long-term success.
  • Strategic Impact
    • Expand Our Market: Create and execute strategies to break into new markets and verticals, driving measurable results in customer acquisition.
    • Voice of the Customer: Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
    • Refine the Process: Identify gaps and optimize the sales process for better efficiency and impact, helping us evolve as we grow.
Requirements:
  • SaaS Sales Experience
    • You have hands-on SaaS sales experience focused on mid-market and SME clients with quick, direct sales cycles.
  • Proven Track Record
    • You've consistently hit and exceeded targets as an Account Executive, ideally with 3-5 years of AE experience making up 70%+ of your career.
  • Self-Starter
    • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of building and adapting in a dynamic startup setting.
  • Fully Loaded Sales Professional
    • You generate, manage, and close your own deals without hand-holding.
  • Multilingual Communicator
    • Fluent in both German and English, you effortlessly adapt your messaging to resonate with diverse clients.
