Solution Architect for Innovative Technologies

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, which includes Solution Architects, UX Designers, and Service Designers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing the architectural and solution components that align with our product vision and strategic roadmap. You will establish and refine architectural guiding principles to direct our platform and solution development in collaboration with fellow architects. Engage in technical discussions for projects, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are considered. Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions, oversee their implementation, and ensure ongoing maintenance. Communicate your innovative solution concepts effectively. Enjoy creative freedom and opportunities for professional growth: spearhead technological innovations that drive business advancements. Advocate for best practices in software development. Assume responsibility for mentoring and coaching junior developers.Required Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Personal Attributes and Work Style: Strong persuasive and networking abilities, excellent communication skills in diverse and interdisciplinary teams. Exceptional analytical and conceptual presentation skills. Demonstrated team orientation and goal-driven mindset, along with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking capabilities within an agile framework. Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in Software Development, with experience in complex IT infrastructure environments, and a background as a Software Architect or Solution Architect. Proficiency in Java and Spring, or application development (frontend technologies such as Angular, Typescript, and CSS are advantageous), as well as familiarity with build systems (Gradle, Maven, etc.). Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including deployment and monitoring of Azure ADX and ADT, and experience in designing and building solution components on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS services. A solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban, and a foundational knowledge of UX and service engineering. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English.Additional Information
