About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Part-time. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
