About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Go Backend Developer to join our Advertising Dashboard team at AppLike Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend infrastructure, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our adtech platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance backend systems using Go, ensuring seamless integration with our frontend and microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional team to identify and prioritize technical requirements, driving innovation and improvement in our adtech platform.
  • Work closely with our data scientists and BI analysts to leverage machine learning models and optimize data querying and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain our data pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing and aggregation for our advertisers and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of our user and API interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience and high-quality data delivery.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Go and microservices architecture.
  • Profound experience with building web applications in Go, with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Experience with columnar databases, such as Druid, and knowledge of query optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Go application profiling and bottleneck identification, with experience in optimizing code for performance.
  • Experience working on large-scale Go applications with high traffic volumes (100M+ requests per day).
  • Open to relocating to Hamburg, Germany, and willing to adapt to our company culture and values.
