Your Role as a Senior Go Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Go Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our robust and reliable Golang backend infrastructure, spanning multiple globally distributed data centers.
  • Translate business requirements into functional features and architectural improvements. As a senior developer, you will lead the design and implementation of new microservices and architecture overhauls.
  • Consolidate and unify diverse API integrations and user workflows to ensure seamless functionality across our platform.
  • Continuously refine our existing codebase and system architecture to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate effectively with experts from various technological backgrounds and locations, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Your Profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in backend or cloud software development. (Mid-level: 2+ years)
  • Expert proficiency in Go (At least 2 years experience). (Mid-level: 1+ year(s) experience)
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and application design principles.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
