Job Description

CIPHRON GmbH, a leading IT security specialist, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in a part-time capacity (20-30 hours/week).

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between sales, consultants, and operational units
  • Support the development of our resource planning and review of resource availability for planned and ongoing projects
  • Track timelines, scope, and costs throughout the project lifecycle through regular status updates with team leaders
  • Prepare invoices and perform preliminary accounting tasks, as well as data preparation for monthly and annual reports
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel expense reimbursement, and other related duties
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualifications and initial work experience in project management or a comparable role
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Excellent proficiency in the MS Office package, particularly Excel and Word
  • Advantageous: PMI (CAPM), IPMA Level D, or Scrum Master PSMTM I certification
  • Characterized by independent and structured organizational and service-oriented work style
