Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO Assistant to join our team. As a PMO Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our project managers and teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Providing administrative support to project teams, including data entry, document management, and communication
- Assisting in the preparation of project reports and presentations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
