PMO Assistant

CIPHRON GmbH, a leading IT security company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our PMO team in a part-time capacity (25 hours/week).
Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between sales, consultants, and operational units
- Support the development of our resource planning and review the availability of resources for planned and ongoing projects
- Assist operational teams with administrative project management tasks
- Process invoices and prepare financial data for monthly and annual reports
- Provide support with organizational tasks, such as scheduling, travel expense reimbursement, and event coordination
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualifications and initial work experience in project management or a comparable role
- Fluent German language skills (C1 level) in writing and speaking
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Independent and structured organizational skills, with a service-oriented approach
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangements
- 30 days of vacation per year
