Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our PMO team in a part-time capacity (20-30 hours/week). As a PMO Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our project teams from kick-off to project closure, working closely with consultants and sales teams. Your day will be perfect when everyone knows where they stand in the project and the corresponding KPIs are up-to-date.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and operational units
  • Support the development of our resource planning and review resource availability for planned and ongoing projects
  • Track timelines, scope, and costs throughout the project lifecycle through status updates with team leaders
  • Prepare invoices and perform preliminary accounting tasks, as well as data preparation for monthly and annual reports
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, travel expense reimbursement, and other tasks
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualifications and first work experience in project management or a similar role
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • PMI (CAPM), IPMA Level D, or Scrum Master PSMTM I certification is an asset
  • Strong organizational and service-oriented work style
