About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at EXANTE, a leading wealth tech company.

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries via various channels, providing excellent customer support, and navigating complex issues with internal teams.

Your primary goal will be to maintain a positive image of our company while ensuring that clients receive timely and effective solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls within set SLAs and KPIs
  • Provide individualized customer support by identifying customers' needs and solving tasks efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams to find solutions to more complex inquiries
  • Navigate inquiries to relevant departments when necessary
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with financial markets and industry knowledge
  • Previous experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Atlassian
  • Experience in a brokerage/investment company
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at a professional level
  • Strong client-focused service skills
  • Understanding of basic technical principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
