Sales Director

We are FRAMOS, a leading international product-driven tech company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan for the region, identifying key opportunities and customers, and working closely with our back office team to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop a business plan and market strategy for the region, identifying key opportunities and customers
  • Work closely with the back office team to achieve sales targets
  • Take ownership and independently manage sales projects
  • Challenge solutions, ideas, and requirements with a deep understanding of customers' business needs
  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM system

The role is based in Munich, with the opportunity to work remotely anywhere in Germany.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of sales experience with electrical or technical products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher)
