Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy for EMEA, focusing on industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for EMEA, targeting industrial customers.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Identify, engage, and acquire new customers and business opportunities through proactive pipeline development.
- Establish and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor distribution/marketing industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the industrial customer segment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Ability to travel regularly, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
