FRAMOS Group is seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to contribute to our expanding European sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a vital role in supporting our existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities within the imaging technology sector.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, providing essential support throughout the entire sales cycle. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including:
- Supporting Sales Success: Assisting Sales Managers in closing deals and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Participating in customer events across Europe to build relationships and understand market trends.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Account Management: Handling assigned accounts independently, providing exceptional customer service and building strong partnerships.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Communication Excellence: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Previous experience in sales or relevant internships, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Fluency in English and French or Italian. German language skills are a significant advantage.
- A desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation and customer-centricity.
