Requirements
- Fluent in German and proficient in English, with previous experience in customer service or support preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm and approachable demeanor, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer support software, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Readiness to relocate and immerse in a new cultural experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
