We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Canon Germany Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot technical issues related to Canon printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products. Your strong communication skills in German, combined with your technical expertise, will enable you to provide seamless support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues and answer product-related questions.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely and efficient closure.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and demonstrate empathy in every interaction.
  • Work towards meeting targets set by client statement of work and internal goals.
  • Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures to handle frequently asked questions effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal skills in German.
  • Good communication skills in English.
