The estimated salary for this role is €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Job Description

In this key role, you will contribute to creating an engaging and inspiring work environment for over 10,000 employees and 500+ team leads. Your primary responsibility will be to organise events and celebrations that align with Picnic's mission and values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a comprehensive engagement calendar and develop initiatives to drive employee satisfaction among operational and central employees in Germany.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and employees to ensure events meet their goals and needs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A BSc degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in event management.
  • Fluency in English and German (basic knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset).
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage international projects and collaborate with colleagues from other teams.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to make budget-conscious decisions and optimise resources.
  • A creative mindset, with the ability to generate new ideas and have a good understanding of marketing principles.
  • Conceptual thinking skills, enabling you to create engagement concepts that meet both employee and business needs.
