Red Bull is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team

As a Working Student, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by handling invoice deductions and supporting our quality management processes. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our supply chain and customer support operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independently process customer invoice deductions and thoroughly investigate their justification.
  • Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on invoice deduction status and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Effectively manage consumer complaints, providing timely and professional resolutions.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on complaint resolution and KPI adherence.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements within the Customer Service department.
  • Assist in reviewing and sending invoices accurately and efficiently.

Your Profile:

  • Enrolled as a university student with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and numerical competence.
  • Exhibit the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
