Job Overview:
In the capacity of Regional Sales Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of sales initiatives within the DACH region. The ideal candidate will possess a robust comprehension of consumer electronics, exceptional sales acumen, and the capability to forge and sustain relationships with pivotal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at fostering revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business prospects.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with international teams to synchronize sales strategies with market requirements.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer preferences to inform product development.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to effectively closing deals.
  • Achieve designated KPIs and conduct business evaluations with partners.
  • Represent the company in the market and cultivate relationships with essential partners.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of pertinent sales experience, with at least 2 years in the EMEA region.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient IT skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally abroad.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with a results-oriented approach.
