Aerospace HR Professional
AERO HighProfessionals is seeking a skilled Aerospace HR Professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing HR KPIs, including absenteeism, headcount, bonus, and salary authorizations. You will also participate in HR process and policy deployments, and lead business transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve-in/out regarding tools and HR processes impacts.
Your Responsibilities
- Reporting and analysis of HR KPIs
- HR process and policy deployments
- Leading business transformation projects
Your Qualifications
- Degree in business administration
- HR operational experience with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen
- Strong information management systems skills and knowledge of data analytics
- Knowledge of SAP and MS applications
- Team-oriented mindset
- Creativity and appetite for problem-solving
- Ability to communicate and influence towards diverse audiences
