Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in daily activities, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • Schedule and prepare meetings, conferences, and business trips, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage events, travel arrangements, and internal events, showcasing your ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Contribute to sales data analysis and database updates, applying your analytical skills to drive business growth.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, statistics, and reports, demonstrating your attention to detail and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Hold a successfully completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, with first professional experience being an advantage.
  • Demonstrate a safe command of MS Office, with SAP and Salesforce knowledge being a plus.
  • Exhibit an independent and proactive working style, with a high level of self-motivation and willingness to learn.
  • Display problem-solving ability and motivation to work in an international environment, with fluency in English, German, and/or Japanese being a plus.
