Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Automotive Systems Assistant to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As an Automotive Systems Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team in daily activities, scheduling and preparing meetings, and managing events and travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in daily activities, including data analysis and database updates
  • Schedule and prepare meetings, conferences, and business trips
  • Manage events and travel, including organizing conferences and internal events
  • Support sales data analysis and update databases
  • Prepare presentations, statistics, and reports

Requirements

  • Successfully graduated apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience is an advantage
  • Safe command of MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
  • Independent and proactive working style
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving ability and motivation to work in an international environment
  • Fluent in English, German, and/or Japanese is a plus
