About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our team in daily activities, including scheduling and preparing meetings, event and travel management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in daily activities, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication
  • Schedule and prepare meetings, conferences, and business trips, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Analyze sales data and update databases, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Assist in preparing presentations, statistics, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, with SAP and Salesforce knowledge a plus
  • Independent and proactive working style, with high self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving ability and motivation to work in an international environment
  • Fluent in English, German, and/or Japanese is a plus
